WitsLea's contact center is outfitted for 300 hundred multi-channel seats(24X7) and designed to ensure teamwork, productivity, and comfort. We encourage an open and collaborative environment, for example, by using low-wall cubicles. We have multiple training rooms and voice labs, as well as multiple conference and discussion rooms. Further, we want our employees to feel relaxed and enjoy their environment so we provide recreation and cafeteria facilities onsite, as well as employee transportation. And of course, each facility has 24/7 security access.
We understand the mission critical aspect of our clients' business and therefore we have implemented multiple redundancies across our site, as well as back-up procedures to ensure our clients are always up and running. WitsLea has deployed the standard contact center tools and technologies in its site. Technology
WitsLea's facility is connected to redundant, high-speed, high-availability, shared bandwidth carriers that enable efficient and secure (via VPN) data communication with clients and their customers around the world. Our voice infrastructure uses redundant, fiber based, IPLC lines to insure high quality signal transmission with minimal latency with call managing servers, Windows 2003 Enterprise & Exchange Servers and Firewall to connect to Client tools & restrict unauthorized access.
Employee workstations are equipped with high end configuration Processing Units with restricted access to secondary storage devices like CD/DVD ROMs, USB etc., to protect data security, Desk Phones and Client specific tools installed.
