	Phani Kumar Karra Founder & CEO

Phani Kumar Karra founded "WitsLea" with his incredible passion and vision to build a value-driven Organization in BPO/IT/ITES space. He strategically & categorically grabbed each opportunity to do so in past one year. WitsLea's customer relationship management, associations and respect for its Intellectual property in the industry is a reflection of his commitment to service excellence and customer orientation.

Phani has over 8 years of diverse experience in Operations, Program management, Client management, Quality,Human Resources and Training. He holds Masters in Information technology and Executive MBA from XLRI (a Premier Business School in India). During his tenure he gained knowledge, expertise & certification in Lean Kaizen, Six Sigma(GB) and ITIL. He is an active member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur Org), Hyderabad.

Phani has proven track record of establishing and sphere heading call centers. Prior to WitsLea, Phani did Sphere head PreciStat IT Solutions building it from feasibility study level to successful operations. Phani worked with Genpact (IT Services), erstwhile GECIS, a global leader in BPO/ITES Industry and Knoah Solutions Pvt. Ltd. across Organizational functions in his career.

Phani is titled "LIVE WIRE" (Nov '04) in Knoah Inc., as a mark of appreciation for his excellence in performance. He is proud recipient of "PEOPLE CHAMPION" award (Aug '07), a highly regarded managerial award in Genpact ITS and always credits his performance to the teams he is part of & the mentors throughout.

Ajay Kumar Director - Quality & Strategic Management

Ajay Kumar got his Masters Degree from IIT Kanpur and spent couple of years there working on Department of Science & Technology (DST) sponsored Research Project. He was awarded Junior Research Fellowship by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in 1990 and worked at INSDOC (a CSIR Lab), New Delhi.

Ajay has over 19 years of experience in handling business operations with proven success. A veteran of Computer Training Industry, Ajay has spent close to a decade with it and continues to take active interest in the developments of training industry. Right from managing a Center to a Region to National Network he has done it all with Aptech, Datapro and Brainwaves Training Institutes.

As the General Manager, eSols worldwide, Ajay was instrumental in setting-up and managing their Software Resource Center at Bangalore. Right from the launch of Navision Business Applications (Attain and Axapta)in India, Ajay was involved in Sales and Implementation of these application throughout India. During his stint at Knoah Inc., Ajay got the opportunity to manage Operations, Quality, Training and Process Groups.

Ajay has experience in ISO 9001 - 2000 and ISO - 27001 Standards implementation across the Organizations. He is certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 - 2000 and ISO - 27001.He is a Senior Member of American Society of Quality (ASQ).

Calyon Chakravarty N Director - Operations

Calyon has over 11 years of diverse experience in Marketing, Operations and Business Develeopment. He holds Masters Degree in Business Administration from Maharshi Institute of Management Fairfield, Iowa.

Prior to WitsLea, Calyon worked for reputed Organizations like Knoah Solutions (India) & Call World Technologies for major part of his tenure. In progressive roles, he was accountable for successful service delivery and P&L of the accounts. He mastered art of people management and infused service attitude in all his teams with "Customer" as focal point through out his tenure. His ability to tune performances with definitive improvement plans is noteworthy. His inclination towards "Selling the Services" mode helped the Organizations boost its performance on customer service as well as up sale segment.

Calyon was recognized by V.P Customer Service of prestigious client (Telecom major in USA) of Knoah Solution in the year 2006 for excellence in driving customer service teams to the top of the charts.

Mahipal S Director - Finance, Admin & Legal

Mahipal S has over 18 years of diverse experience in Secretarial, Finance, Legal and administration. He holds Bachelors in Law and Bachelors in Commerce and Qualified Chartered Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Prior to WitsLea, Mahipal was Financial Controller in LVL7 Systems Private Limited a 100% Subsidiary of Broadcom Corporation. In this role he was responsible for Secretarial, Finance, Legal, administration and Infrastructure setup, ramping of the facility and manpower requirements in short span of 9 months, Implementation of policies procedures, preparation of Budgets and adhering to the Indian GAAP.Prior to this he was with Knoah Inc., and was instrumental in setting up of infrastructure and was responsible for Secretarial, Finance, Legal and administration activities.

He has two companies to IPO during 1999-2000 and 1991-92 and managed the investor's repository in house in house unlike other companies. He participated in merger of three Companies and knows the procedure for merger and amalgamation of Companies. He is well versed with the statutory filings and compliances to be adhered to in the life of a company.

Mahipal has been awarded "PRIDE OF LVL7" IN THE YEAR 2005.
