Phani Kumar Karra founded "WitsLea" in August 2007 with his incredible passion and vision to build a value-driven Organization in IT/ITES space. He strategically & categorically grabbed each opportunity to do so in past one year. WitsLea's customer relationship management, associations and respect for its Intellectual property in the industry is a reflection of his commitment to service excellence and customer orientation.

Phani has over 8 years of diverse experience in Operations, Program management, Client management, Quality,Human Resources and Training. He holds Masters in Information technology and Executive MBA from XLRI (a Premier Business School in India). During his tenure he gained knowledge, expertise & certification in Lean Kaizen, Six Sigma(GB) and ITIL. He is an active member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur Org), Hyderabad.

Phani has proven track record of establishing and sphere heading call centers. He successfully did set-up and hand held operations for a 110 & 45 seats centers in a span of 8 months on Merchant Banking & Utility Services domains respectively. Prior to WitsLea, Phani was Manager in Genpact (IT Services), erstwhile GECIS, a global leader in BPO/ITES Industry. In this role he was accountable for successful service delivery and management of end user computing processes. Prior to Genpact, Phani was part of Knoah Solution Pvt. Ltd. He started his career at Knoah in 2001 as Technical Support Agent and scaled upto a Team Manager of a Wireless Modem Technical support and R&D account. In this role, he was managing the account including Transition, Knowledge Management, Customer Feedback Analysis (360 degree feedback to the client).

Phani is titled "LIVE WIRE" (Nov '04) in Knoah Inc., as a mark of appreciation for his excellence in performance. He is proud recipient of "PEOPLE CHAMPION" award (Aug '07), a highly regarded managerial award in Genpact ITS and always credits his performance to the teams he is part of & the mentors throughout.

Ajay Kumar got his Masters Degree from IIT Kanpur and spent couple of years there working on Department of Science & Technology (DST) sponsored Research Project. He was awarded Junior Research Fellowship by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in 1990 and worked at INSDOC (a CSIR Lab), New Delhi.

Ajay has over 19 years of experience in handling business operations with proven success. A veteran of Computer Training Industry, Ajay has spent close to a decade with it and continues to take active interest in the developments of training industry. Right from managing a Center to a Region to National Network he has done it all with Aptech, Datapro and Brainwaves Training Institutes.

As the General Manager, eSols worldwide, Ajay was instrumental in setting-up and managing their Software Resource Center at Bangalore. Right from the launch of Navision Business Applications (Attain and Axapta)in India, Ajay was involved in Sales and Implementation of these application throughout India. During his stint at Knoah Inc., Ajay got the opportunity to manage Operations, Quality, Training and Process Groups.

Ajay has experience in ISO 9001 - 2000 and ISO - 27001 Standards implementation across the Organizations. He is certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 - 2000 and ISO - 27001.He is a Senior Member of American Society of Quality (ASQ).
